The Personalized Signer Package is a Windows desktop utility issued after your subscription is verified. Download it from Check Subscription using your mobile number and PIN, then sign PDFs and XML locally with your DSC on a USB token or smart card.

369 DSC Signer is designed for local, offline signing. Your documents are not uploaded to our servers for signature placement or validation. Everything runs on your Windows machine, so confidential files stay under your control while you work faster than typical cloud-based signing workflows.
