369signer.com is operated by an individual at https://369signer.com. By using this website — including subscribing, submitting payment proof, checking subscription status, downloading the Signer package, or registering or tracking a grievance — you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What this website provides

The portal lets you:

  • Subscribe — register with your name, mobile number, number of signs, and a 6-digit PIN
  • Pay — transfer the subscription amount by bank transfer and submit your UTRN/reference, payment receipt, and captcha on the payment page
  • Check subscription — view status with your mobile number and PIN, and download your personalized Signer package once active
  • Register a grievance — raise issues about payment, subscription, technical problems, or other matters, with optional supporting documents
  • Track a grievance — look up grievance status using mobile number + PIN or 8-digit tracking number + PIN
  • Read FAQs and policies — including this page and the privacy policy

Subscription activation and grievance handling involve manual review by the operator. Portal announcements may appear on the home page from time to time.

Subscription and payment

  • Pricing is pay per sign at the rate shown on the site when you subscribe (currently ₹0.50 per sign).
  • Each new subscription or additional-sign purchase requires a minimum of 100 signs (maximum 10,000 per transaction).
  • Payment is by bank transfer only to the account displayed on the payment page. This site does not accept card payments.
  • You must submit accurate payment proof (UTRN/reference and receipt), solve the captcha, and accept the non-refundable payment declaration before submission.
  • When subscribing, you must accept the declaration that your information is true and that you are willingly providing it to obtain the service.
  • An administrator verifies your bank transfer before activation. We may decline or delay activation if payment cannot be verified or details are wrong or incomplete.
  • All subscription payments are non-refundable. Check the number of signs and amount before submitting payment proof.
  • Any surplus from subscriptions is intended for charitable purposes only. That does not entitle subscribers to refunds or charitable receipts unless expressly offered in writing.

Your PIN and account access

  • You choose a 6-digit PIN when subscribing. The same PIN is used on Check Subscription to view status and download your Signer package.
  • If you register a grievance with the same mobile number, that PIN can also be used to track those grievances.
  • Keep your PIN private. We store it in protected form and cannot recover it for you if lost — you may need to contact support.
  • Do not share your mobile number and PIN with others. You are responsible for activity performed using your credentials on this site.

Signer package download and desktop utility

  • After payment is verified and your subscription is active, you may download a personalized Signer package from the Check Subscription page using your mobile number and PIN.
  • The desktop utility is for Windows only and is licensed for your use under an active subscription with the number of signs you purchased (including renewals).
  • PDF and XML signing happen locally on your computer with your DSC. Documents and private keys are not uploaded to 369signer.com for signing.
  • The utility supports PDF Sign (visible and invisible signatures, placeholder-based placement, signature appearance options, multi-page signing, re-signing with unique field names, and automatic signature validation), XML Sign (enveloped XMLDSig with validation and Signature Details), certificate validity notices, IMG 2 PDF (image-to-PDF conversion with layout and adjustment options), optional PDF password protection for saved copies, preserved user settings, and a locally stored signing audit log.
  • IMG 2 PDF conversion requires an active subscription with at least one remaining sign. Conversion does not consume a sign; signing the resulting PDF does. Each PDF placement and each XML signature consumes one subscription sign.
  • Sign usage is counted against your subscription limit within the licensed package. After download, signing can work without internet; license validation and usage reporting may occur when the utility connects.
  • You may not copy, redistribute, or share the Signer package with others.
  • You are responsible for lawful use of your DSC and for the documents you sign.

Grievance registration and tracking

  • Grievances can be registered under categories: Payment, Subscription, Technical, or Other.
  • You may attach up to five files (PDF, JPG, or PNG, max 5 MB each) when registering.
  • After registration you receive an 8-digit tracking number. Save it with your PIN to track the grievance later.
  • On Track Grievance you can search by mobile number + PIN (all grievances for that number) or tracking number + PIN (one grievance).
  • A captcha is required when registering or tracking a grievance. Status, admin remarks, and your uploaded attachments may be shown on the status page.
  • We will try to respond to grievances in reasonable time but do not guarantee a fixed turnaround unless required by law.

Captcha and acceptable use

  • A math captcha is required when submitting payment proof, registering a grievance, or tracking a grievance.
  • Do not use bots, scripts, or automated tools to access or submit forms on this site.
  • Do not attempt to bypass captcha, rate limits, or security controls.
  • Do not submit false payment proofs, impersonate others, or upload unlawful or harmful content in grievance attachments.
  • We may block access or reject submissions that appear abusive, fraudulent, or harmful to the service or other users.

Disclaimers

  • Information on the site (rates, bank details, FAQs, announcements) may change. We try to keep it accurate but do not guarantee it is always complete or error-free.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, instant payment verification, or compatibility with every Windows setup, DSC token, or PDF workflow.
  • Links to WhatsApp or your bank’s website leave 369signer.com. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services.
  • To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from misuse of your PIN, failed bank transfers, signing errors, or issues outside the features described on this site. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable law in India.
